However, in some cases, we may ask for 2-3 weeks delivery time, especially on custom hand-crafted work. We appreciate your understanding of our small business, our goal is to do our best to deliver a quality product, in a timely manner, that will be enjoyed for years to come! All of our products are shipped UPS ground (unless otherwise specified) and are automatically insured. Should your package arrive damaged, please notify me immediately and be sure to save the packaging. Returns are handled on an individual basis, please do not return any items without prior approval from Cowbells. There are no returns on custom items. Shipping and handling costs will be determined upon receipt of order, if you are sending a money order, please call our toll free number with your order and we can calculate your shipping costs.
